Noctar is an omnichannel AI assistant for hotels and hospitality businesses. It serves your guests 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp, and a web widget — with natural voice and text. No missed calls, no unanswered messages.

Noctar serves three channels: Phone (answers calls instantly, transfers to reception when needed), WhatsApp (handles inquiries and collects booking details), and Web widget (resolves questions from your website). You can choose 1, 2, or all 3 channels.

It answers questions about your hotel — hours, services, policies, rates — and collects booking data (name, phone, dates) so your reception team can confirm availability. The assistant doesn't confirm bookings directly.

A chat button that appears in the bottom right corner of your website. Lets visitors resolve questions in real-time without calling. When a guest wants to book, the assistant collects their details for your reception to confirm.

Conversations managed by WhatsApp or the widget. Each conversation lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. Plans include a monthly number of conversations and additional ones are billed at €0.20 each.

Integration is a one-time payment depending on channels: 1 channel (€299), 2 channels (€399), or Omnichannel —Phone + WhatsApp + Web— (€449). No lock-in.

Yes, no sign-up or commitment required. You can call +34 910 78 91 09 and talk directly to the assistant, message us on WhatsApp at the same number, or use the widget in the bottom right corner of this page.

Our AI assistant uses advanced natural language processing technology to understand and respond to customer queries in real-time. It can provide information about availability, pricing, services, and more, all in multiple languages.

Noctar supports nearly 70 languages. Major ones include: English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, and Korean. You can add additional languages to any plan for €3.99/month per language.

Yes, absolutely. During initial setup, we customize the assistant with your hotel's specific information: rates, services, policies, hours, and any other relevant information. You can also update simple content directly from the dashboard.

If the assistant encounters a query that requires human intervention, it will automatically transfer the call to a member of your staff. This ensures that no important question goes unanswered.

Initial setup typically takes 2 days, including customization, integration, and testing.

Assistant minutes cover the time the AI spends talking with customers. For example, the Basic plan includes 70 minutes of conversation with the assistant. Additional minutes are billed at reduced rates according to your plan. For WhatsApp and widget plans, minutes also cover response time in text conversations.

Transfer minutes cover the time when the assistant transfers a call to your staff. This is billed separately at €0.05/min to ensure you only pay for the transfers you actually need.

Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Changes will be applied in your next billing cycle.

No, Noctar works with your existing phone number. We handle all the technical setup so you can start using the service without needing additional equipment.
